Big in Japan : ANREALAGE

I dont know why but a lot of (crazy) experimental designers come from Japan. 

Lately I've  discovered Anrealage  by Kunihiko Morinaga, inspired not so much by fashion trends but rather more by architecture and architecture and physic ?!?!? 

Abstract weavings  pixels, unreal body proportions ...... = Japan !?

 

 

This is my favourite collection from Anrealage, which was created to express, through clothes, the afterimage of the track of their movement in a second.

Dion Lee - TRANSIT

Dion Lee is one of my favourite designers among the new-comers with his folded fabrics, slashed leather and 3d printings. Here some pictures from her new SS13 Lookbook and Campaign with the looks I like the most. Those psychedelic printings awere derived from photographs of the human body taken with a thermal image camera, which were then distorted to appear like topographic maps....

How crazy is this ?!
